Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to support patient rehabilitation and recovery efforts. Responsible for implementing therapy plans, assisting patients with exercises, and monitoring progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed therapists in developing and executing individualized treatment plans.
• Guide and motivate patients through therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting updates to supervising therapists.
• Prepare treatment areas and ensure all equipment is used safely and effectively.
• Educate patients on proper techniques and home exercises to promote ongoing recovery.

Qualifications:

• Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Proven experience assisting in a physical therapy or rehabilitation setting.
• Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and patient care protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
