Job Summary:
Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans to promote patient recovery and mobility. Support patient care through various therapeutic activities and ensure adherence to clinical protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Support physical therapists in delivering patient-centered treatments and therapy sessions.
• Prepare and assemble therapy equipment and materials for daily treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and document responses to therapy interventions.
• Educate patients and caregivers on post-treatment exercises and pain management techniques.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant therapy environment in accordance with facility standards.

Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Valid state or federal issued identification required.
• Demonstrate knowledge of therapeutic techniques and patient safety protocols.
• Exhibit strong communication skills and compassionate patient interaction.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare setting.
