Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide patient rehabilitation services efficiently and effectively. The therapist will evaluate, develop, and implement treatment plans to promote mobility and recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical conditions to determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs tailored to patient needs.
• Implement therapeutic interventions utilizing manual techniques and equipment.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid and active Physical Therapist license.
• Possess relevant clinical experience in outpatient, inpatient, or skilled rehab settings.
• Demonstrate excellent patient assessment and communication skills.
• Meet credentialing requirements set by regulatory bodies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain current CPR certification.
