Job Summary:
Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide specialized therapy services. The role requires ensuring optimal patient recovery and functional outcomes through evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to aid recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Document patient assessments, treatment outcomes, and progress notes accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention and management strategies.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Possess a degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Demonstrate experience in outpatient or inpatient therapy settings.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Maintain current CPR and BLS certifications.
• Have a minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred.
