Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to provide outpatient rehabilitative services. The role entails delivering personalized therapy care to enhance patient recovery and functional outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and flexibility.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment purposes and home exercises.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid License as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Possess a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills.
• Have at least 1 year of outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Exhibit excellent communication and patient education abilities.
