Job Summary:
Seeking experienced Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in the Emergency Room setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical proficiency, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions upon arrival and prioritize care based on acuity.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor vital signs and stabilize patients requiring immediate intervention.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately in electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid California RN license with current registration.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience.
• Maintain active BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications.
• Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Show excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
