Job Summary:
Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize patient needs upon arrival to the emergency department.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and promptly.
• Monitor patient responses to interventions and adjust care as necessary.
• Document all patient interactions, assessments, and treatments thoroughly.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license with active Emergency Department experience.
• Valid CPR and ACLS certifications.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-stakes environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
