Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide skilled rehabilitation services in both an Acute Inpatient Unit and a Skilled Nursing Facility. This role offers opportunities to work with diverse patient populations and contribute to improving functional outcomes through patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with neurological, geriatric, and rehabilitative needs.
• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to promote patient recovery.
• Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain licensure, certifications, and adhere to facility policies and procedures.
• Float to other units as needed and participate in on-call shifts to ensure consistent patient coverage.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited program.
• Possess active California OT licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• Demonstrate experience in neurological rehabilitation or acute inpatient care preferred.
• Exhibit strong knowledge of neurological disorders and evidence-based practices.
• Maintain current CPR/BLS certification and proficiency in EMR systems such as Epic.
