Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with expertise in Medical Surgical and Telemetry units to provide high-quality patient care. This role involves working in a fast-paced hospital environment supporting diverse patient needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes promptly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately.
• Float between Medical Surgical and Telemetry units as required.

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts RN license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Medical Surgical experience.
• Proven experience with post-op and orthopedic patients.
• Telemetry certification and basic dysrhythmia course completion required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications must be current and in hand.
• NIHSS certification highly preferred.
