Job Summary:
Provide specialized critical care nursing services in the Intensive Care Unit, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and clinical excellence. Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to critically ill patients while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor the clinical condition of ICU patients, adjusting care plans accordingly.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions following established protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care strategies.
• Document patient conditions, treatments, and responses accurately in electronic health records.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and manage invasive procedures as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with current state licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Demonstrated ability to operate ICU monitoring and life-support equipment.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
