Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through comprehensive assessments and interventions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess the condition of critically ill patients, utilizing advanced clinical skills.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
• Document patient progress, responses to treatment, and vital signs accurately.
• Educate patients and their families on care plans and postoperative procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.

Qualifications:

• Valid and current registered nurse license.
• Proven experience in ICU or critical care nursing.
• Strong knowledge of ICU equipment, technology, and clinical protocols.
• Excellent assessment and decision-making skills under pressure.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
