Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care in the IMC/PCU/Stepdown units during night shifts, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Must be capable of functioning independently and taking on charge nurse responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the IMC/PCU/Stepdown units.
• Assume charge nurse duties, including staff coordination and clinical oversight.
• Float to other units such as the ED and MCH as needed to support staffing requirements.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and adhere to all regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

Qualifications:

• License as a Registered Nurse in good standing.
• Proven experience in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units.
• Ability to work independently and handle charge nurse responsibilities.
• Flexibility to float across multiple units and adapt to various clinical settings.
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills.
