Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced ER RN to provide outstanding emergency care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong trauma and pediatric experience, along with recent travel ER background and proficiency with EPIC.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care to a diverse patient population.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care efficiently in a critical environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Triage ambulance patients and manage inpatient admissions as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC and adhere to safety protocols.
• Educate patients and families, ensuring a positive patient experience.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid California RN license.
• Possess BLS, ACLS, PALS (or ENPC), and NIHSS certifications.
• Demonstrate at least 2 years of recent ER experience, including travel assignments.
• Have strong EPIC electronic medical record system proficiency.
• Display critical thinking skills and ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced ED.
