Job Summary:
Seeking experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong ER experience, travel background, and proficiency in EPIC documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize patient conditions upon arrival, ensuring prompt and accurate triage.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physicians' orders while maintaining patient safety.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document all clinical activities accurately and efficiently in EPIC system.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond swiftly to changes in condition.
• Educate patients and families on care procedures, treatments, and post-discharge instructions.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid CA RN license with BLS, ACLS, and PALS or ENPC certifications from AHA.
• Have a minimum of 2 years recent ER nursing experience, including travel assignments.
• Demonstrate proficiency with EPIC documentation and hospital electronic systems.
• Hold current NIHSS certification and show superior references.
• Preferably 3-5 years of ER experience with trauma and pediatric care exposure.
• Be capable of critical thinking in a high-volume, fast-paced ED setting.
