Job Summary:

Provide expert physical therapy services to patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and promote recovery. Support rehabilitation programs through assessment, treatment, and patient education.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to promote healing.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises, injury prevention, and health maintenance.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Possess a degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Demonstrate strong communication and patient management skills.
• Have previous experience in outpatient or hospital settings preferred.
• Be able to bring a government-issued ID and wear a photo badge during shifts.
