Job Summary:

Provide high-quality nursing care to medical surgical patients in a fast-paced hospital environment. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments.
• Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transferring procedures.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management.
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records.
• Adhere to hospital policies, protocols, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN or LVN license in North Carolina or the respective state.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical surgical nursing.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
