Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered rehabilitative care. The ideal candidate will evaluate, develop, and implement treatment plans to restore mobility and improve quality of life for patients.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical conditions to determine appropriate treatment strategies.
• Develop individualized rehabilitation plans aligned with patient needs and clinical goals.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercises, and modalities.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document all clinical activities clearly and accurately in patient records.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on procedures and home exercises to maximize recovery.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current and valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Demonstrate professional experience in outpatient or inpatient rehabilitation settings.
• Possess strong knowledge of mobility restoration, pain management, and therapeutic techniques.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Maintain CPR and BLS certifications.
