Job Summary:
Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient-centered rehabilitation services across various healthcare settings. Facilitate recovery and improve mobility through skilled support and intervention.

Responsibilities:

• Implement prescribed treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Prepare patients for therapy sessions and assist during therapy activities.
• Monitor patient progress and report findings to the supervising therapist.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient sessions and progress notes.
• Adhere to safety protocols and clinical standards during all patient interactions.
• Manage therapy equipment and ensure a clean, safe therapy environment.

Qualifications:

• graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• State license or certification as required by state regulations.
• Possess at least two years of experience in acute and long-term care settings preferred.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work effectively in outpatient, inpatient, skilled nursing, and home health environments.
