Job Summary:

Provide high-quality medical-surgical nursing care to a diverse patient population in a fast-paced hospital environment. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and adherence to hospital policies.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, IVs, and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changing clinical needs.
• Document patient progress accurately using the Meditech system.
• Collaborate with techs and unit staff to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain compliance with unit policies and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold valid RN license with at least 2 years of medical-surgical nursing experience.
• Demonstrate advanced clinical skills, including IV therapy and procedures.
• Capable of performing comprehensive patient assessments.
• Able to follow hospital policies and documentation protocols.
• Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work every other weekend and float in rotation.
