Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide expert rehabilitation services in a clinical setting. This contract position requires commitment and flexibility to meet patient needs and recovery goals.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop customized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Monitor patient progress and modify therapy approaches as needed.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families on exercise routines and injury prevention strategies.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Possess, or be eligible for, federal or state-issued identification badges.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, with flexible scheduling.
• Maintain compliance with facility and regulatory requirements.
