Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in the IMC/PCU/Stepdown unit. The nurse will deliver specialized patient care, ensuring safety and comfort in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor and record vital signs, patient responses, and treatment progress.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active state or compact license in good standing.
• Possess at least 1 year of recent experience in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units.
• Certification in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS is required.
• Demonstrate proficiency in cardiac and medical-surgical nursing skills.
• Willing to work day shifts, with flexible availability for overflow Med/Surg when needed.
• Able to accept first-time traveler assignments and follow compliance rules.
