Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled Travel RN for Medical Surgical units to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced healthcare setting. The role involves delivering comprehensive nursing services across adult medical-surgical units on a 13-week assignment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and clinical guidelines.
• Monitor patient conditions, record vital signs, and communicate changes to healthcare teams.
• Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans.
• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control standards.
• Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with current state nursing licensure.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Medical Surgical nursing experience.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Able to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle complex patient cases.
