Job Summary:
Provide specialized occupational therapy services to patients to promote their functional independence and overall well-being. Assess, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions based on individual needs.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive status to determine therapy needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans to improve or restore patient function.
• Implement therapeutic activities and monitor patient progress regularly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document all assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and strategies for continued progress.

Qualifications:

• Valid occupational therapist license or certification.
• Proven experience in occupational therapy with diverse patient populations.
• Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
