Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide outpatient rehabilitative services at a community-focused healthcare facility. The role involves evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and improving functional outcomes through personalized therapy.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients to determine their movement, strength, and functional limitations.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assist patients in improving range of motion, strength, balance, and safety.
• Educate patients and caregivers on effective home exercise programs.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Valid Colorado PT license or compact license for Colorado.
• Minimum of two years of relevant PT experience; 3-5 years preferred.
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Mandatory flu vaccination between October 1st and April 1st; no declinations accepted.
