Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide outpatient rehabilitative care. The therapist will deliver effective therapy services, ensuring optimal patient recovery and functional improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer physical therapy interventions according to established protocols.
• Monitor and document patient progress regularly.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and adjust treatment strategies.
• Educate patients and their families on post-therapy exercises and injury prevention.
• Adhere to facility policies, safety standards, and professional guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active PT license in the state of practice.
• Possess relevant clinical experience in outpatient orthopedics.
• Demonstrate strong communication and patient management skills.
• Be able to work day shifts, primarily Monday through Friday.
• Flexibility for occasional Saturday coverage for orthopedic surgeries.
• Maintain current CPR certification.
