Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide outpatient therapy services at a premier healthcare facility. The role involves patient evaluation, treatment planning, and education to improve mobility, strength, and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients to determine treatment needs and establish personalized care plans.
• Develop and implement effective therapeutic interventions tailored to various diagnoses.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety techniques.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Possess a current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or valid Compact license for Colorado.
• Have at least two years of outpatient PT experience; 3–5 years preferred.
• Maintain current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Be vaccinated against the flu, with proof of vaccination required by October 1st.
