Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced RN for a 13-week travel assignment in a Trauma Stepdown unit. This role involves managing patients with complex surgical and trauma-related conditions, providing high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and monitor patient conditions, including vital signs and ECG rhythms.
• Administer medications and IV drips following physician orders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, including telemetry monitoring and patient safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license with at least 1 year of clinical experience.
• CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications required.
• Experience with Meditech EMR system preferred.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Be adaptable to changing environments and high-pressure situations.
