Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to adult patients in a busy acute care hospital setting. Administer treatments, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality care during night shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop personalized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient status.
• Document patient information accurately in the electronic charting system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and licensing requirements.

Qualifications:

• Valid South Carolina RN license or Compact license in hand prior to start.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Surgical/Tele RN.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; NIH certification preferred.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Epic charting and telemetry monitoring.
• Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs and work nights.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
