Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Medical Surgical/Telemetry RN to provide high-quality patient care in an acute care hospital setting. This role involves working night shifts with a focus on efficient patient management and collaboration with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and assess clinical conditions regularly.
• Document patient progress and treatment responses within the Epic electronic health record system.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies, escalating concerns as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Adhere to facility protocols and maintain compliance with licensing and certification requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid South Carolina or multistate RN license.
• Possess at least 2 years of recent Medical Surgical/Telemetry nursing experience.
• Certify in BLS and ACLS; NIHSS certification preferred.
• Demonstrate experience with Epic electronic health record system.
• Be able to float within scope to other units if needed.
• Have current BLS and ACLS certifications; NIHSS preferred.
