Job Summary:
Looking for a skilled ICU Nurse to provide advanced critical care for adult patients in a fast-paced hospital environment. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing complex cardiovascular and respiratory conditions, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor acutely ill adult patients with complex cardiovascular and respiratory issues.
• Administer and titrate medications such as vasopressors, cardiac drugs, and sedation agents.
• Perform invasive procedures including arterial lines, central lines, and cardioversion.
• Interpret dysrhythmias and manage arrhythmias according to protocols.
• Assist with emergency interventions like RSI, blood product administration, and rapid response protocols.
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC electronic charting system.

Qualifications:

• Hold active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience, preferably in adult critical care settings.
• Current ACLS, BCLS, and NIH certifications required.
• Ability to perform complex invasive procedures and interpret diagnostic data.
• Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills.
• Willingness to float within scope to meet facility needs.
