Job Summary:
Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment. Provide compassionate, efficient treatment while adhering to hospital protocols and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions promptly to determine urgency and prioritize care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond quickly to changes in condition.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge instructions.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Demonstrate at least 1 year of experience in emergency room nursing.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
