Job Summary:
Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment. Responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing patient care to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient conditions upon arrival and prioritize care based on severity.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and observe patient responses to treatments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Document all assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately.

Qualifications:

• Holds an active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Possesses recent ER nursing experience.
• Demonstrates strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient in emergency procedures and trauma protocols.
• Maintains current CPR and ACLS certifications.
