Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled Operating Room Nurse for a travel assignment to provide expert perioperative care. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in cardiac, neuro, thoracic, orthopedics, and vascular surgeries, supporting a busy surgical department.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with surgical teams to prepare and maintain a sterile environment for procedures.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to any intraoperative changes.
• Administer anesthesia and assist with surgical instrument handling as needed.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all intraoperative activities and patient data.
• Support post-operative care and facilitate patient recovery processes.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license with at least 2 years of OR experience.
• Demonstrate strong clinical expertise in cardiac, neuro, thoracic, ortho, and vascular cases.
• Possess flexibility to float to different units if required.
• Capable of working a 13-week assignment with day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
• Have experience working with electronic medical records (EMR).
