Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Travel RN specialized in the Operating Room to provide high-quality perioperative care. The selected candidate will support surgical teams with diverse procedures, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with surgical teams to prepare and assist with various operative procedures.
• Monitor patient vital signs and anesthesia levels throughout surgeries.
• Maintain sterile environments and ensure adherence to infection control protocols.
• Assist with patient positioning, draping, and postoperative care as needed.
• Document all clinical activities accurately in compliance with hospital policies.
• Respond quickly to intraoperative emergencies and resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license with at least 2 years of OR experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in cardiac, neuro, thoracic, ortho, and vascular surgeries.
• Be capable of working independently in a fast-paced surgical setting.
• Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Be willing to work a 13-week assignment with weekend commitments.
• Have familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
