Job Summary:
Seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive therapeutic services on a contract basis. The role involves assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering rehabilitative care to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical and psychological conditions to determine appropriate therapy plans.
• Develop individualized treatment strategies aligned with patient goals and recovery objectives.
• Implement therapeutic interventions using evidence-based practices and modalities.
• Document patient progress, modify treatment plans as needed, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care and optimize rehabilitation outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, timely records and adhere to facility policies regarding documentation and patient confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current state license and certification as an Occupational Therapist.
• Demonstrate proven experience in providing occupational therapy services in a clinical or rehabilitation setting.
• Possess strong assessment, treatment planning, and communication skills.
• Be able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Maintain flexibility to accommodate schedule requirements, including weekdays.
• Ability to bring a valid ID and wear a photo badge at all times in the facility.
