Job Summary:
Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a contract assignment. The therapist will be responsible for providing patient-centered therapeutic services in a clinical setting, adhering to all credentialing and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for patients based on clinical evaluation.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and functional abilities.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain certification, licensure, and credentialing requirements throughout the assignment.
• Ensure all documentation is completed and submitted to meet ATI and agency standards.

Qualifications:

• Current active license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Knowledge of therapeutic modalities and rehabilitative techniques.
• Ability to follow detailed documentation and compliance protocols.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients and team members.
• Prior experience with credentialing requirements preferred.
