Job Summary:
Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients, helping them recover mobility and function. Ensure treatment plans are effectively implemented and monitored to promote optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions tailored to patient needs.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments accordingly.
• Educate patients and family members on therapy exercises and injury prevention.
• Maintain thorough and accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Possess a degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Demonstrate previous experience in outpatient or inpatient settings.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess and adapt treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Familiar with documentation and electronic health record systems.
