Job Summary:
Seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to join a small country school district, providing support for a K-12 caseload during the school year. This role involves working with students to enhance communication skills within an educational environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language impairments.
• Implement therapy sessions tailored to students’ needs and progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support students’ communication goals.
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district requirements.
• Monitor and adjust therapy approaches based on student responses and development.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary efforts to support student success.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active OR Speech Language Pathologist license.
• Demonstrate previous experience working with K-12 students in a school setting.
• Possess strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently.
• Be available to start as soon as possible and commit through June 2027.
