Job Summary:
Providing specialized speech-language therapy services to both pediatric and adult patients, this role involves inpatient and outpatient care settings. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ speech, language, voice, and swallowing functions to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic interventions for pediatric and adult clients in inpatient and outpatient environments.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and clinical notes accurately.
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and strategies to support health and recovery.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current Oregon Speech Language Pathologist license and BLS certification.
• Demonstrate experience working with pediatric and adult populations.
• Possess a solid understanding of inpatient and outpatient therapy procedures.
• Have strong assessment and diagnostic skills in communication and swallowing disorders.
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills for multidisciplinary collaboration.
