Job Summary:
The Physical Therapy Assistant will assist licensed therapists in providing rehabilitative services to patients, ensuring quality care and adherence to treatment plans. This role involves documentation, equipment setup, and patient support within a clinical setting.

Responsibilities:

• Support therapists in executing patient treatment plans and therapeutic activities.
• Complete necessary documentation accurately and promptly, coordinating with ATI outside of AMN’s clearance process.
• Prepare and maintain equipment required for therapy sessions.
• Monitor patient progress and report findings to the supervising therapist.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards.
• Participate in shift coverage and assist with any additional clinical duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Physical Therapy Assistant license.
• Demonstrate experience in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Possess strong documentation and communication skills.
• Be willing to complete required documentation and licensing procedures.
• Ability to work day shifts with flexibility for holiday weeks.
• Be eligible to work under a Compact License if applicable in WA or AK.
