Job Details

Job Summary:
Provide specialized neonatal nursing care for critically ill infants in a fast-paced NICU setting. Ensure patient safety, support staff, and implement clinical interventions aligned with established protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care to neonates, including respiratory support and micropreemie management.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and response to treatments.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and execute individualized care plans.
• Operate and manage advanced equipment such as HFOV, central lines, and ventilators.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety, infection control, and unit policies.
• Support team efforts during weekends and on-call shifts as scheduled.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license with at least 1 year of NICU experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Level II-III NICU procedures and patient care.
• Possess current BLS and NRP certifications.
• Show strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a clinical environment.
• Prefer candidates with Level III-IV NICU experience.
