Job Summary:
Provide essential patient care and support in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities as a certified CNA. Ensure residents' comfort, safety, and well-being through compassionate and attentive service.

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic nursing tasks, including assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and feeding residents.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment by following infection control procedures.
• Document care provided and observe residents for any unusual symptoms or behaviors.
• Support mobility needs, including turning and repositioning residents to prevent pressure injuries.
• Comply with facility policies regarding identification and badge requirements, and adhere to vaccination and exemption policies.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification and state or federal licensing.
• Successful completion of required COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption documentation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
• Demonstrate compassion, patience, and professionalism in patient care.
• Capable of working collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
