Job Summary:

Provide specialized emergency nursing care in a fast-paced ER environment, ensuring patient safety and quality outcomes. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver timely interventions and support patient recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize patient conditions upon arrival to provide appropriate urgent care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per established protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition promptly.
• Document patient care accurately in electronic health records.
• Assist with emergency procedures and stabilize critically ill patients.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and post-discharge instructions.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with current state licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in emergency nursing.
• Certification in AHA BLS required; NIHSS, PALS, ACLS preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including 7p-7a shifts.
• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in an acute care setting.
