Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Emergency Room RN to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical expertise and adaptability to varying schedules and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Administer emergency nursing care to patients with diverse medical conditions.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in clinical status.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute treatment plans.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record system.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in holiday coverage, including working two major holidays and one minor holiday as scheduled.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current, active Registered Nurse license.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency services.
• Be certified in AHA BLS, PALS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Cerner or similar EHR systems.
• Exhibit excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
