Job Summary:
Provide age-specific, direct patient care in an emergency room setting, ensuring adherence to departmental standards and clinical protocols. Lead and coordinate nursing activities, delegate tasks appropriately, and ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to emergency patients based on the Nursing Process.
• Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Delegate responsibilities effectively to other team members, ensuring quality and safety.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient information, interventions, and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal healthcare laws, regulations, and policies.
• Participate in ongoing staff development and adhere to department safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Possess current ACLS, BLS, TNCC, PALS or ENPC, and NRP certifications.
• Demonstrate experience in emergency nursing or related fast-paced clinical environments.
• Exhibit strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Maintain active certifications or establish plans for renewal prior to employment start date.
