Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and establish individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes proactively.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
• Document patient progress and maintain detailed medical records.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Current registered nurse license in good standing.
• Proven experience in medical-surgical nursing, with familiarity in acute patient care.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented setting.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
