Job Summary:
Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a fast-paced hospital setting. Utilize clinical expertise to assess, stabilize, and treat patients while ensuring compliance with safety standards and hospital protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions upon arrival and prioritize care based on urgency.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to physician orders.
• Document patient information accurately in Epic electronic health records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and modify care plans.
• Monitor patient responses to treatments and adjust as necessary.
• Comply with all certification, licensure, and travel requirements for regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid state license as a registered nurse.
• Have at least 2 years of experience in emergency or acute care settings.
• Hold current ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Epic charting system.
• Be willing to work night shifts (3x12-hour shifts).
• Prefer candidates with previous travel experience.
