Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered rehabilitative care. The ideal candidate will evaluate, plan, and implement therapy programs to restore optimal physical function.

Responsibilities:

• Implement therapeutic interventions and modalities to improve mobility and functionality.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active and valid Physical Therapist license.
• Possess a degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Have experience in evaluating and treating a variety of musculoskeletal or neurological conditions.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Show proficiency in using therapy equipment and documenting clinical notes.
