Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified Dietitian to provide nutritional care and counseling in a healthcare setting. The role involves developing personalized nutrition plans and supporting patient health goals.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' nutritional needs through assessments and medical histories.
• Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans in collaboration with medical teams.
• Educate patients on proper dietary practices and monitor progress.
• Document patient interactions and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Assist in managing clinical nutrition programs and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current and valid Registered Dietitian (RD) credential.
• Possess a minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of medical nutrition therapy and dietary guidelines.
• Maintain current BLS certification.
• Exhibit excellent communication and patient engagement skills.
