Job Summary:
Provides comprehensive emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment, ensuring timely and effective treatment. Supervises and collaborates with healthcare team members to deliver safe, high-quality care aligned with clinical standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and gather relevant health data to inform diagnosis and treatment plans.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Coordinate care activities among multidisciplinary team members to ensure seamless patient management.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions.
• Monitor patient progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and adjust interventions accordingly.
• Document care activities accurately in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current RN license in the state of practice.
• Possess valid BLS and ACLS certifications, with PALS certification preferred.
• Demonstrate at least two years of recent experience in emergency nursing or acute care.
• Show proficiency in utilizing critical thinking and clinical judgment in high-pressure situations.
• Maintain required immunizations and fulfill all organization-specific certification requirements.
